Day 1: Hometown Canada - Beijing
Being your adventure from your hometown - Canada to Beijing.
Day 2: Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing. You'll be met by your Beijing guide transferred to your hotel.
Hotel: 5* Orient Bay Hotel or similar
Day 3: Beijing
This morning you'll take a stroll around Tiananmen Square - The gateway to the Imperial Palace surrounding with monuments and government edifices. The Imperial Palace - the "Forbidden City" - the sequestered world of China's last emperor. After lunch your tour coach will then take you off to the Summer Palace where you wull get a good view on a boat ride of Kunming Lake. This evening you wull feast on a Peking Duck Dinner. (B/L/D)
Day 4: Beijing
Head of the northwest of Beijing The Great Wall. After lunch, visit one of the thirteen Ming Tombs laid out in a valley north of Beijing. This evening you will enjoy a brilliant Martial Arts Kung Fu spectacular. (B/L/D)
Day 5: Beijing
This morning you wull visit The Temple of Heaven where emperors pressided over prayers and rituals for good weather and bountiful harvests in ancient time. Afternoon experience a very enjoyable bicycle rickshaw tour of a "Hutong" - one of Beijing's traditional old neighbourthoods. (B/L/D)
Day 6: Beijing / Chengdu
Morning flight to Chengdu. Enjoy a tour of the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base and the Wuhou temple. (B/L/D)
Hotel: 5* Wangjian Hotel or similar
Day 7: Chengdu / Lhasa
Flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival you will be transferred to hotel to adjust the altitude. (B/L/D)
Hotel: 5* Jardin Scret Hotel or similar
Day 8: Lhasa
Today's sightseeing includes the Potala Palace which towers over Lhasa on Marpo Ri Hill. The Johang Monastery on Lhasa's Barkhor Square. (B/L/D)
Day 9: Lhasa
Today's tour will take you to Drepung Temple and Sera Monastery. Norbuglinkha - the summer resort for Dalai lamas built in the 1740's (B/L/D)
Day 10: Lhasa / Xian
After breakfast, enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you travel by train towards Xian. Soft berth on board and stay overnight. (B)
Day 11: Xian
On arrival Xian in the evening, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 12: Xian
Tour one of the most amazing archaeological finds of the 20th Century - The Terra Cotta Warriors Museum - the burial grounds of Emperor Qingshi Huangdi with its thousands of life sized warriors and horses assembled to guard his afterlife. After lunch, visit the Ancient City Wall. Tonight you will be treated to a traditional Xian special Dumpling Banquet followed by a very colourful Tang Dynasty Show. (B/L/D)
Day 13: Xian / Shanghai
Morning flight to Shanghai. Visit Yu Garden the heart of old Shanghai. Promenade along The Bund and wander around People's Square. Time left for shopping along the Nanjing Road precinct. This evening you'll enjoy an amazingly skilful Chinese Acrobatic Show. (B/L/D)

Day 14: Shanghai
Transfer to Shanghai Expo with admission fee included and free time to visit. Own arrangement for lunch, dinner and return to hotel. (B)
**For tours in Jan - Apr, you will be going on an excursion to Zhujiajao, a river town near Shanghai in the morning time. Afternoon free at leisure. (B/L)
Day 15: Shanghai - Hometown Canada
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure back to Canada. (B)
