 Itinerary

Day 1 Hometown ~ Vancouver 

Let us greet you at claim belt #3 (Canada domestic arrival) or the visitor counter (international flight) after you have collected your luggage. A complimentary half-day city tour of Chinatown, downtown, Stanley Park and a bonus mini ferry ride* to Granville Island (prior to 12:00pm arrival).

 

 

Day 2  Vancouver ~ B.C. Ferries ~ Victoria ~ Butchart Gardens

Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the spectacular scenery en route. After passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown, visit Beacon Hill Park's remarkable Mile "0", landmark British Columbia Legislative Buildings, and explore other significant heritage architectures surrounding the Inner Harbour. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens before returning to Vancouver.

 

 

Day 3 Vancouver ~ Kelowna ~ Lake Okanagan ~ Winery ~ Salmon Arm

We will start our journey via the trans-Canada highway and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Stop at the renowned winery to learn about the basics of wine making. Wine tasting and purchasing of the popular icewine, red or white wine will be available. At Lake Okanagan, let us listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster "Ogopogo". Settle down at Salmon Arm/Vernon in the evening.

 

 

Day 4 Salmon Arm ~ Emerald Lake ~ Banff ~ Canmore

Proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the "Last Spike" of the transcontinental railway where it connects the east and the west. Travel through the Rogers Pass and Emerald Lake. After a thrilling gondola ride to the summit, you will be captivated by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Next, discover the town of Banff and Bow falls with the country's first national park. End the day at Canmore. (* At Banff, guests upgrade to Banff International will stay behind and have free time at night; those upgrade to Chateau Lake Louise will be transferred to hotel by dusk. Canmore stop excluded.)

 

 

Day 5 Lake Louise ~ Jasper National Park ~ Icefield ~ Peyto Lake ~ Golden

Journey to the Lake Louise, often referred as the "Jewel of the Rockies". The panoramic view of magnificent snow-capped mountains surrounding the emerald colour of the lake attracts millions of visitors worldwide. Enjoy an atmospheric lunch at Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan) and a promenade along the lakeshore. Then, head for Japser National Park's Columbia Icefield. Ride on the specially designed "Snocoach Ice Explorer" that is destined to take you to the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. After brief stops at Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and Crowfoot Glacier, we will stay overnight in Golden.

 

 

Day 6 Golden ~ Kamloops ~ Ginseng Factory ~ Vancouver ~Hometown

Join a tour of the Ginseng factory in Kamloops and learn about the Ginseng's healing power. Continue our drive and arrive at Vancouver in the late afternoon. Transfer to Vancouver airport after 6-day tour. Suggest flight after 21:30pm. We are not liable to any delays caused by weather, road conditions, and other circumstances.

Day 7 Vancouver ~ Hometown

Free day for shopping, visiting friends and family, or dining at nearby Asian cuisines. Transfer to Vancouver airport afterwards. Also, should you have missed the half-day complimentary city tour on your arrival and your departure flight is after 14:00pm, you may join the tour in the morning before going to the airport.
